Menopause Symptoms
Menopause is a natural state that all women experience, sooner or later, although the average age is 51. Hot flashes are called the most common symptom of menopause, but also the time to stop just before menopause. Intense hot flashes at night are known as night sweats and about 75 percent of women through the experience of menopause. Night sweats may actually occur up to ten years before menopause and can be very intense as seriously disrupt sleep. Symptoms include feelings of intense heat, often accompanied by nausea, headache, chills and a sense of color.
The onset of menopause also causes mood swings and many women feel irritable, moody or depressed – a sentiment that may be worse if you are anxious or depressed anyway. This can often be associated with frequent or occasional insomnia and decreased libido, and some women may have difficulty concentrating, memory loss or even a slight but annoying.
There are several other symptoms of menopause. Some women feel tired, others find their hair thinning, also fall. Pain around the chest or joint pain and pain are common symptoms, and feel dizzy or lightheaded. Weight gain during menopause is also a sign of bad luck, and several attacks of indigestion or flatulence. Almost all the symptoms associated with menopause can be treated a certain way.
